Resources
See how much storage, documents, and files your company is using — broken down by category.
Resources
The Resources tab (Settings → Resources) gives administrators a real-time overview of what the company is consuming — useful for capacity planning and understanding costs.
KPI tiles
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Users | Number of active user accounts in this company |
| Documents | Total number of invoices (documents) stored |
| Files | Total number of individual files attached (PDFs, emails, XML, icons) |
| Storage | Total disk space used, formatted in KB / MB / GB |
Storage breakdown
The donut chart and legend table break down total storage into categories:
| Category | Contents |
|---|---|
| Invoice files | PDF and other document files attached to invoices |
| Email files | Source .eml email files saved when invoices arrive by email |
| OCR / XML data | Structured data extracted from e-invoices (Peppol XML, OIOUBL) |
| Creditor icons | Logos and icon images for creditor records |
| Search index | Elasticsearch index size (if full-text search is enabled) |
| Other | Any miscellaneous stored files |
Hover over a donut segment to see the exact size and percentage for that category.
What is counted
Every file associated with an invoice contributes to the totals: the original PDF, any generated readable preview (for e-invoices), the source XML, the source email, and any creditor icon. Deleted invoices release their storage after the next cleanup cycle.
