Creditor list

Browse and manage all your suppliers — search, sort, create, merge, and export.

Creditor list

The creditor list shows all suppliers (creditors) registered in your company. Creditors are created automatically when invoices arrive from new senders; you can also create them manually.

Search

Type in the search box to filter creditors by name in real time. Press Enter for an immediate search, or wait for the result to update automatically after a short pause. The search is server-side, so it works across all pages.

Columns and sorting

Click any sortable column header (indicated by a sort arrow) to sort the list. Click again to reverse. Common columns include:

Column Description
Name Supplier name — click to open the creditor detail panel
ERP ID The supplier's identifier in your ERP system
Country Country with a flag indicator
Total Total invoice spend for this supplier (in your default currency)

Paging

For companies with many creditors, results are paged. Use the page-size selector (30 / 50 / 100 / 300 per page) and Previous / Next, or pick a page directly from the dropdown.

Creating a creditor

Click the New button in the toolbar to open the create-creditor form. Fill in the name and any other fields; save to add the creditor.

Merging creditors

When the same supplier exists under two different names (e.g., because invoices arrived with slightly different sender details), you can merge them:

  1. Check the boxes on two or more creditors.
  2. The Merge button appears in the toolbar.
  3. Click Merge — the primary creditor keeps all data; the merged creditors become aliases, and future invoices from those senders are automatically matched to the primary.

Export

Click the download icon (↓) in the card header to export the full creditor list to Excel.
